The Territory Account Manager is responsible for the sale of the company's world-class environmentally protected Innovative Enclosed Solutions and network infrastructure products to an assigned account based in the assigned territory. The customer base includes T3 ISPs, broadband engineering firms, integrators, named utility accounts, distributors and value-added resellers. Successful candidates will have previous sales experience with telecom, broadband, and wireless service providers in the assigned territory. This is a remote position that can be performed virtually anywhere within the assigned territory which includes, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Texas.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Build relationships with key decision makers. Act as commercial point of contact with major customers.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Research customer needs and develop application of products in an effective manner.
Troubleshoot problems regarding products and assist in resolution of customer complaints.
Develop and implement marketing strategies or territory plans to maximize sales opportunities by adding new solutions and products.
Participate and manage local and regional trade show events.
Inform internal areas of new products and other general information involving competitive activity, industry trends and government regulations that have an impact on the company.
Analyze customer business opportunities and threats.
Participates in sales forecasting and planning.
Achieve revenue targets and close new business.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel at least 50%.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
Three years of sales experience.
A combination of experience and education is accepted in lieu of a degree.
At least two years of experience in sales telecommunications and networking is required.
Knowledge of SalesForce or other CRM systems is preferred
Knowledge of target customers and prospects is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
